DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND TEST OF INITIAL TEST INSTALLATION Condensation HEAT TRANSFER IN HORIZONTAL SINGLE PIPE (Abstract)

The phenomenon of condensation has been studied by several scientists, among them Rohsenow and Choi [1.2], he did research and analyze the phenomenon of condensation that occurs on a vertical flat plate. As a first step for further research, as well as help to learn more about this condensation phenomena (especially in a horizontal pipe that many applications), it is designed and manufactured to test the installation of relatively inexpensive, simple and easy handling. The instrument has been designed and created are then tested to see how this tool can work well and provide information about the process of condensation on a horizontal single pipe. Test results showed that the tool is functioning properly marked with the resultant number of condensate in the reservoir. The rate measured condensate reaches 0.061 ml /s.
