Imperfect combustion process is a matter to be encountered in efforts to improve the performance of diesel engines. The process of mixing air and fuel is less well become one of the factors causing these imperfections. With the warming up of diesel fuel reached a certain temperature before entering into the high pressure pump will cause a decrease in density and viscosity of diesel fuel so that when injected into the engine fog will form the fuel pellets are more subtle that would cause the fuel mixing process and the air became more homogeneous . In addition, with higher temperatures will make the diesel burn more easily so as to compensate for the short time available for combustion at high spin. Diesel fuel heating can be used as one way to improve the combustion process so that the resulting increase in power and decrease fuel consumption optimally.
