This research tries to design and create a fuel injection system (fuel supply system) at the Honda motorcycle engine C90 replaces the 1967 production year revenue system through the carburetor fuel he had. Injection system design mechanisms adopted indirect injection with a mechanical drive diesel engine fuel. Mixing of fuel carried in the inlet manifold (inlet manifold) made following the construction of engines, and propulsion cycle utilizing crankshaft (camshaft). Injection system components consist of: the type of fuel pumps and injectors of the Bosch Diesel engines DongTM Jiang (1-cylinder 4 was 363.25 cc), and the cam shaft, fuel pipelines at high pressure, hose lines, fuel injection pumps, air channels and throttle air flow regulator, and the inlet manifold. Test results showed that injection system is made to function at every level of engine speed.
